Over six months, we move through a Yoga Alliance-approved curriculum that prioritizes the safety of the nervous system and the agency of the practitioner. Meeting once a month allows for the biological integration of these concepts, building interoceptive awareness and a truly inclusive voice.

1. Techniques, Training, and Practice (75 Hours)
- Asana & Somatics: Exploration of traditional postures integrated with somatic movement.
- Pranayama & Subtle Body: Understanding physiological impact on the Vagus Nerve.
- Meditation: Practices focused on anchoring and felt-safety.
2. Anatomy and Physiology (30 Hours)
- Functional Anatomy: Skeletal and muscular systems deep dive.
- Applied Neurobiology: Polyvagal Theory and the biology of stress response.
3. Yoga Humanities (30 Hours)
- History & Philosophy: Contemporary study of Sutras and Gita.
- Ethics & Equity: Trauma-sensitive approach to teacher dynamics and social justice.
20 Hour Trauma-Informed-Sensitive Facilitator Training
This 20-hour certificate program is designed for teachers, healthcare professionals, and leaders seeking to deepen capacity for brain-sensitive facilitation.
