Healing Circles: A Sanctuary for Collective Mending

We offer a monthly, volunteer-led communal refuge for navigating the complex weight of grief, climate anxiety, and political crisis. These are "brave spaces" designed for shared presence, where we honor the full spectrum of our human experience through trauma-informed companionship and mutual care in a sanctuary of belonging.

The circle is an architecture of belonging—an ancient container where every voice is heard and every silence is held with trauma-informed care.

Current Circle Themes

How the Circles Flourish

  • Duration & Commitment: Monthly 2-hour gatherings designed to fit a sustainable rhythm of communal care.
  • Gathering Minimum: Each circle begins with at least four participants to ensure a rich and supportive communal field.
  • Cycle Options: Flexible seasonal cycles of 3 or 6 months allow participants to honor their personal capacity.
  • Intentional Entry: Our mindful intake process ensures a cohesive, safe, and courageous container for all members.

The Why: Why Join a Healing Circle?

Joining a Healing Circle is an act of communal refuge. We offer monthly, volunteer-led spaces for processing grief, climate anxiety, and political crisis. In these brave spaces for shared presence, your journey meets collective care, ensuring that no one has to navigate the space between alone.
